Job Description

Freelance Procurement Officer
  • Handle price requests from internal stakeholders including warehouse, maintenance, and plant teams.
  • Place and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage contract creation and compliance using the internal CRM system.
  • Verify and process invoices, ensuring alignment with agreed terms.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing administration and support continuous process improvement.
The Successful Applicant

Freelance Procurement Officer
  • Higher degree in logistics, administration, or a commercial field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, assertive, and analytical, with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
