Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the correct and timely publication of all content according to the campaign plan for the various digital channels : website, emails, banners, Facebook posts, Youtube, etc.
  • You are responsible for the technical quality and error free content of the publications.
  • You are responsible for preparing commercial emails for publication, in collaboration with the marketing automation specialist.
You coordinate new publication methods with the internal and external IT partners and follow up the tests and implementations until production.
  • You bring suggestions for the most cost-efficient execution of your own work.

Role
  • Within the communication team (designers, editors,...) you will collaborate on the design and content (images, copywriting,...) for all online commercial actions, as well as for the product and service offerings. In this way you create impact on our sales results.
  • You publish all online content flawlessly and according to the campaign plan on the website.
  • You will create and publish emails using EDM and Adobe.
  • You create animated banners and other content for online advertising purposes and external channels.
  • You follow the trends in online communication and bring new ideas for commercial actions.
  • You will respect the branding and style guide in all communications

Competencies
  • You have a Bachelor degree in graphic design, digital media, web design or communication.
A few years of work experience in an online communication agency, marketing or publishing is a plus but not a necessity.
  • You are a master in html, CSS, Javascript. You can easily design content on mobile websites.
  • You are an expert in Adobe software such as Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator.
  • You can use EDM or other tools to design emails.

  • You are creative and know how to make an offer visually attractive.
  • You are commercially minded. Better sales is your permanent goal.
  • You have at least a basic understanding of online direct marketing techniques.

  • You are a multitasker. Working with strict deadlines is a pleasure for you.
  • You are very precise. Working error-free is your motivation.
  • You are Dutch speaking and have sufficient knowledge of French.
  • You are customer oriented. You have feeling for the expectations of the customer in order to create

  • You are a team player. You can communicate openly, honestly and clearly.
  • You are a proactive initiator who takes responsibility.
  • You are eager to learn, you want to continue to grow in order to build knowledge, insights and
