The position will be based in Brussels on the clients’ premises.

Key Responsibilities

Provide local support to the commercial team on any project/brief activities, in coordination with the commercial team . Leverage resources efficiently & effectively against targeted projects and deadlines

Prioritize and manage the flow of daily workload making certain the needs of the client are the top priority

Support, facilitate olfactive evaluations and special olfactive events with the client by working with the commercial and cross functional teams

Manipulate samples, follow instructions and protocols, organize the logistics for all evaluations

Maintain smooth and strong communication with the client and across all departments by working closely with commercial, perfumers, development, technical, perfume Labs, consumer research, marketing teams

Execute projects including (not limited to) entering Brief requests in the system, coordinating samples production with lab, initiating stability tests, inputting perfumes sample requests, requesting additional base/information from client, formatting consumer results as per timeline

Be accountable for the day-to-day of the premises, including dealing with external and internal clients, visitors, suppliers in order to ensure perfect working conditions, mailing in and out

Support and coordinate the legal processes for the Global Commercial department globally, by collecting signatures and archiving documents according to internal guidelines

Assist the team in the coordination of travel arrangements when needed, setting up appointments with client, managing customer contact information (globally), agenda management

Handle other administrative tasks as required
