MAKE Asset Management (MAM) Organization

The MAM organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems activities. This occurs in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing & Technical Organization (MTO) and in conjunction with key partners, to create one integrated internal/external network.

Job Summary

This is an exciting role to lead an organization of maintenance, automation, and engineering professionals responsible for leading and deploying site equipment maintenance and recipe management operations. Team responsibilities include supporting equipment and automation projects, improvement initiatives, reliability, and site asset management. The Geel Maintenance Lead JSC is a member of the Geel MAM Leadership Team. We support the identification and development of innovative engineering solutions to solve problems of today and launch the products and technology of the future.

The Responsibilities And The Impact YOU Will Have
  • Developing talent through coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure efficient, reliable, high-quality deployment of site maintenance and systems/automation for site manufacturing equipment operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations in resolution of technical and operational issues, including support of urgent issues in manufacturing facilities operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Working with global teams, deploy and maintain site reliability, asset management, and calibration programs
  • Own maintenance financial budgets, and work with other site departments to develop and meet site budgets and goals.
  • Partner with several functions and departments, including EHS, and Quality to drive alignment and ensure compliance with all regulatory and local requirements.
  • Manage service providers and collaborate to improve performance

Qualifications
