For Rousselot, located in Ghent, Belgium, we are looking for a Global Marketing & Project Manager who is responsible for managing global and EMEA marketing related projects in the Biomedical (BM) and Functional Ingredients (FI) segment to support the strategic growth of Rousselot. You manage projects related to market research, competition, innovation & product launches and marketing & positioning. In this role you will report to the VP Global Sales & Marketing and will work closely together with R&D, Communications, Project Managers, Project Teams and Segment Leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Identification of new ideas
  • Support new developments with market analysis
  • Position and launch new global innovations
  • Adherence to stage gate
  • Participate in gelatin innovation meetings and provide commercial input
  • Positioning of Rousselot Gelatins in BM and FI market
  • Global coordination of marketing activities
  • Conduct market and customer surveys, including strategic plans
  • Execute competitors and market & trend analysis (e.g. innovation projects, trend analysis)
  • Support Sales Excellence
  • Managing marketing related projects

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food or related
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment
  • Marketing and Project Management experience required
  • Operational and hands-on mindset is essential
  • Experience in the Biomedical, Functional Ingredients or Pharma industry is required
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to travel max 10-20% of the time. Overseas trips may require travel during weekends
