And we now need someone who can help drive our online content and delivery in new and exciting ways.We are looking for a social media specialist with an ability to describe and market life working for an international company. It will be your job to ensure the airline, retail and contact centre campaigns are successful helping us deliver quality candidates to our partner teams in recruitment.You will own the end to end, year-round delivery of content that will advertise multiple, high volume roles to active and passive audiences. You will be supported by your team to deliver on trend material that will produce awe and excitement in potential candidates.This is a pivotal role at TUI and you can expect to have lots of autonomy and opportunities to be creative, as well as plenty of occasions to work alongside global colleagues and teams.About The Job
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and other stakeholders to develop social media strategies and plans that will help TUI Airline, Contact Centres and Retail stand out and directly support business objectives.
  • Create, plan and manage content across a broad range of social platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Measure social media performance using metrics tools to provide insights and ideas to enhance our content.
  • Ensure the platforms the recruitment team are using are up to date, with the latest content and branding. Furthermore championing the utilisation of new platforms and their success Contribute towards the implementation of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with our global project team.
  • Work closely with the Social Media and Online Events Manager to deliver a calendar of online sessions about life at TUI for potential candidates to attend
About You
  • Experience in a social media focused role and comfortable with social media platforms.
  • High level of drive, tenacity and motivation to deliver to own deadlines and come up with ideas.
  • An engaging communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders of all seniorities.
  • Ability to take key messages and create content externally in an engaging, eye-catching way.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Have an eye for detail to create high quality, engaging and accurate content whilst always remaining on brand (imagery/video/copy).
  • Be data-driven, always measuring social media and performance using metrics tools.
  • A desire to continuously learn and improve by keeping abreast to industry updates and attending events to widen knowledge and network with external suppliers and individuals.
  • Familiar with using editing software (Photoshop, Canva etc)
  • Dutch, French and English language skills desired.
