The Following Challenges Await You

This position supports the global organization of Heraeus Electro-Nite and its local entities in achieving its strategic objectives through the application of state-of-the-art Talent Acquisition Practices. You will focus on the following topics:

• Manage the global recruitment process on a day-to-day basis and further develop the global talent acquisition strategy, projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with and support the local HR staff on recruitment best-practices, recruitment process, policy, interview techniques, compensation and benefits packages (flexible income plans, mobility packages,…),…
• Maintain an overview of all recruitment requests and challenge the business needs if necessary
• Create new sourcing strategies while leveraging the most effective recruiting tools and techniques to identify, attract, screen and recommend candidates
• Interview candidates (for global roles or where local support is required) while delivering a compelling and consistent message that aligns with the Heraeus (Electro-Nite) brand and values to create a positive candidate experience.
• Guide/manage the relationship with external service providers in recruitment
• Effectively communicate with and influence Hiring Managers.
• Focus on the Heraeus Electro-Nite employer branding strategy and value proposition.
• Manage the process of creation and distribution of original, compelling content to engage potential candidates through various channels (blogs, videos, social media, etc.)
• Depending on the workload collaborate on various HR projects (e.g. onboarding, work models, learning & development,...)

Your Profile

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably international recruitment experience
• Masters degree or relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch
• Proven experience in recruiting professional level and executive roles. Proven ability in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top talent.
• A sound interest in Employer Branding
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies and solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies.
• Experience working with an HR Database and ATS.
• Excellent networker and relationship builder.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
