THE SCOPE

As part of its professionalization and a potential IPO, GAMING1 is looking for an experienced consolidator to prepare the monthly Group consolidated financial statements and report to the top management and investors a reliable picture of our financial position and cash flow.

YOUR ROLE

The Group Consolidation Manager will join the Accounting & Procurement team and work under the responsibility of the Group Accounting Manager.

You will have the following responsibilities :

• Prepare the monthly group consolidated accounts (P&L-BS-CFS)
• Elaborate the monthly consolidated accounts reports for the BoD, Banks and other investors
• Elaborate the annual audited report
• Lead improvement initiatives for the financial consolidation reporting process and tools
• Co-Lead with Group Finance Managers the Fast Closing, IFRS conversion and IPO projects
• Provide financial information to different stakeholders
• Manage external audit processes in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain, manage, and document all working files, systems in an up-to-date and relevant manner. Ensure consistency and accuracy of working files
• Dealing with a multi-GAAP environment & responsible for +/- 90 legal entities
• People management with 1 direct reports (consolidation) & more than 10 indirect reports (group accounting)
• Improve reporting process
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Master Degree in Finance
• Excellent understanding of general accounting, group consolidation processes and IFRS
• 10+ years’ general relevant financial experience within an international (ideally HQ) business environment
• Project Management experience is an asset
• Hands-on person, eager to evolve in a fast-paced environment (double digit growth)
• Good business partnering skills
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• You are a strong communicator with all levels within an organization
• Familiar with consolidation tools such as Sigma, SAP BPC, HFM, …
• Able to impact and influence others
• Good attention to detail and self-starter
