Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Group Human Resources Manager. HQ located in Namur, sisiter companies in Brussels & Wavre with some work-from-home flexibility. The Group Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations across various departments and locations within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves facilitating training and development programs, driving performance management initiatives, and fostering a positive work culture. The role will also involve collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Experience with performance management and training & development programs
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
