Study program: Hospitality Management, Marketing Management, Hotel Management, (International) Business studies, Facility Management, Leisure & Events Management or similar⁣⁣

With three club locations in the heart of Antwerp - and a fourth opening soon - we’re growing fast, and therefore, we’re looking for a Hospitality Intern to jump in at our head office in Antwerp.⁣⁣

As a Hospitality Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping our customer experience and supporting the success of our internal team. From assisting with marketing and communications to events and daily operations, you’ll contribute to both customer satisfaction and business success.⁣⁣

WHAT YOU’LL DO⁣⁣

• You’ll help in refining the customer experience, from online touchpoints to in-person interactions.⁣⁣
• You’ll analyse member feedback to support business growth strategies.⁣⁣
• You’ll collaborate with different departments to streamline internal and external processes.⁣⁣
• You’ll assist with onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new and departing team members.⁣⁣
• You’ll support external marketing efforts, including social media and promotional campaigns- ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels, all in line with our brand guidelines.⁣⁣
• You’ll assist in promotional activities and special events to boost brand presence. ⁣⁣

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE⁣⁣

• You’re currently enrolled in an EU school or University.⁣⁣
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English, and if you speak other languages, that’s a big plus!⁣⁣
• You’re confident, approachable and naturally create connections with the people around you.⁣⁣
• You’re super communicative (both in writing and speaking) and have a great entrepreneurial spirit.⁣⁣
• You’re professional, organised and responsible enough to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic atmosphere.⁣⁣
• You’re a visionary, you’ve got creative ideas ready to take the company’s hospitality strategy to new heights.⁣⁣
