With a number of commercial branches in Belgium, the head office is located in Brussels. The company is known for the full rental of (un)furnished apartments. Finally, the company also employs its own technicians to immediately resolve any technical defects.Are you someone who likes to make customers feel good? Someone who likes variety and autonomy? This is your chance!Together with a few colleagues, you are responsible for the operational management of the rental of apartments.You are the first point of contact for the tenants when they have questions (questions about their stay, about checkout, information about the area, updates about renovation...). You think about the best solution and you offer the best service.You schedule appointments and visits, prepare quotations and adjust them if necessary. You also follow up the rent payments and you assist the customer with financial questions.About 1/3 of the time you visit the location to check whether the apartment is ready for the tenants who have yet to arrive.
  • You just finished your degree, or you have a first experience in a job with customer contact.
  • Experience in the hopsitality sector (eg catering) is an asset.
  • You speak fluent English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
  • You value customer service.
  • You are communicative and think solution-oriented.
