WHAT YOU’LL DO
As HR Coordinator, you will be a member of the LAB (London Amsterdam Brussels) HR Team, supporting the Brussels HR function, actively coordinating the day to day HR activities in Brussels and different projects across the LAB system.
You will partner with multiple stakeholders in the Consulting and Business Services teams, locally & internationally.
The scope of responsibilitiesincludes butisnotlimited to:
Ensure smooth coordination of our HR operations and processes
- A to Z coordination of the Brussels HR daily operations (~200 employees)
- Coordinating the employees onboarding and exit processes
- Responsible for entering and maintaining employee data within our HR system
- Providing reports upon request
- Assist with general employee requests, letters, verifications, reference checks, etc. including generating visa invitation letters
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of local policies and procedures.
- Actively supporting the yearly evaluation process
- Mailing and tracking pulse-check surveys and analyzing feedback
- Actively supporting the company’s wellbeing program and related initiatives
- Ad hoc support for new projects & initiatives as required
BST Recruitment and New Hire Process
- Posting job ads, corresponding with applicants, BCG departments, and external recruitment agencies
- Defining and leading the interview processes
- Managing offers and contracts preparations
- Working with the L&D and Operations teams on the new hires onboarding process (File & benefits administration, workstation, mentoring, induction training, …)
- Serving as a point of contact for all new employee questions
- Manage the Internship program for all BST functions
YOU’RE GOOD AT
Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure with amazing attention to details- Excellent organization & time management skills, ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and ability to handle HR-related confidential information

- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience with/strong interest in process improvement
- Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Good knowledge of Workday and Belgian labor law is an asset
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor/Master degree strongly preferred- 5 years of experience; ideally acquired within a services company in a general HR function
- Proficient in English and good master of Dutch and/or French

You’ll work with:
You’ll be part of the BCG LAB HR team and part of the wider BCG Brussels office as a well-developed international network of offices.
