Job Description

In recent years, Nexios IT has positioned itself as a company with a strong focus on developing the potential of young starters. That is why we offer a limited number of students an internship to take a look behind the scenes of an HR function.
During this program, you will be involved in all aspects of the job through coaching of an experienced HR Officer. You will perform the following tasks, among others:

  • Attending interviews with candidates;
  • Assisting with onboarding and exit procedures;
  • Preparation payroll;
  • Research into wage optimization, conducting wage studies;
  • Research to optimize HR operation and implementation of new procedures;
  • Drafting legal documents;
  • Coordinating job fairs;
  • Implementation of GDPR guidelines;
  • Employee training and career guidance.

Your Profile

We are looking for students with a broad interest in HR. You have a ’can do’ attitude and are an ’out of the box’ thinker with positive energy. You speak fluent Dutch (working language) and English. French is a plus. You can work independently and with respect for the applicable processes and procedures. You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package and you work analytically and accurately.

This internship is an excellent experience and gives you an insight into the processes and workings of a successful SME with a pronounced family character (Finalist SME of the year 2019 for Flemish Brabant). You will have direct contact with all levels ranging from junior colleagues to top management. You will be part of a collegial and dynamic atmosphere. Moreover, our office is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
