Main Responsibilities


Help the payroll team on their daily tasks:

  • Monthly payroll closing

  • Submit applications for subsidies

  • Manage training subscriptions and contacts with the suppliers

  • Record absences and make the follow up (sickness, credit time, parental leave, maternity leave, …)

  • Manage the follow up of appraisals and salary reviews with managers and employees


  • Deal with our several suppliers to solve problems and improve the collaboration (health insurance, meal vouchers, …)


  • Complete social documents (mutual insurance, crèche, C4, …


Provide daily support to employees on HR related questions


Be part of several HR improvement projects


Must Have

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Bachelor degree or higher in HR or equivalent

  • 1 - 5 years of experience in HR department (preferably payroll)
  • Driving licence
  • Great organizational skills
  • Be proactive and work in autonomy to contribute to the success of the company
  • Team player, Motivated, Reliable, Trustworthy and Fun


  • Be ready to move through our different offices (Grand-Rosière & Louvain-la-Neuve)


Nice to Have

  • Available quickly


  • Dutch is a plus

  • Interest in IT
