For the key internal role of HR Partner, responsibilities include :

  • Finetune our new recruitment strategy and manage the whole process from A to Z in close collaboration with the Management team
  • In close collaboration with the Management team, follow-up and coach our consultants through their assignments or contribution on internal projects.
  • Define new guidelines and practices in terms of Employer branding and external exposure to our future potential colleagues
  • Harmonize and structure our L&D strategy into an innovative, tailor-made and user-friendly L&D model
  • Imagine, modelize our new development plan, guidance and performance management system
  • Being a key actor on other related projects which are linked to our employee experience and internal efficiency aspects.

  • Most important, you have a passion for HR in a broad sense and willing to be a key contributor to your future company’ success
  • You want to make people grow and at the same time have your own development opportunities / expectations met

To take on such a role, here are the key competences we are looking for :

  • You can justify from a first successful experience in recruitment within a demanding and results-driven environment (including direct approach and headhunting of targeted and niche candidates). Other past experiences in project management on other HR related topics is certainly a nice to have.
  • Beside that domain of expertise, you show curiosity and have a broad and real interest for the HR domain and people growth.
  • A affinity or past related experience in digital transformation is clearly a plus.
  • You are flexible, stress resistant and demonstrate a very hands-on & « can do » attitude
  • You speak fluently French & Dutch with good command of English
  • You are not afraid to try fast, sometimes fail fast and therefore succeed fast.
