Context

Some years ago, John Cockerill started the roll-out of SuccessFactors, a series of cloud-based Human Capital Management modules covering all HR processes. Several modules like Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Succession and Development, Learning, etc, are fully operational on a big part of the group. The last strategic plan of JC has confirmed that SuccessFactors will be the solution HR that will support the business to achieve the growth of the group worldwide. On the other hand, there is some others IT solution for time management like UniwebTime.

Position Summary

The main missions of this position are to:

  • Ensure the stability of the solutions
  • Lead the evolution of the platforms in relationship with the HR business process owner. Ensure the strategic alignment of the solution with John Cockerill HR processes.
  • Lead the roll-out of the platform SF on the new entities of the group
  • Be the orchestrator of all operations (adoption, support, upgrades)
  • Be the referent of the platform including a very good knowledge of JC HR processes.
  • Implement a new support model for end-users
  • Create a network of key-Users
  • Promote the solutions and ensure the communication and training

Responsibilities

  • Take in charge the evolution (release) of the platform coming from the editor of the solution. Analyse the impacts and evaluate the interests for JC.
  • Handle change request by clarifying the change, prioritize, transfer to our external partner for execution and lead the implementation
  • Organize and monitor the support to end user and act as expert when necessary
  • Organize practice communities
  • Monitor the adoption and launch action to improve it
  • Prepare and organize the communication around the solution
  • Prepare and give training

Role requirement

  • Master degree with experiences in HR processes in industrial group
  • Comfortable with IT Tools. Experiences with SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Organization, strong interpersonal skills, service oriented, good communication with assertiveness will be key skill that will help to succeed in this position.
