Within our agile way of working you act as a real people partner.
You will be responsible for the follow-up, advice, solutions and information regarding
HR-related questions and problems during the entire employee life cycle for your assigned business and you will act as a direct point of
contact for employees and as a partner for managers.

Function : ·
You work as a "go-to" person and credible interlocutor for employees and managers with questions and problems that arise during the employee life cycle;
  • You are a reliable and mature partner for the business in all kinds of “people” challenges and take the end-to-end responsibility
to handle current affairs and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders;
  • You develop advice, action plans and solutions and implement them (in line with applicable legislation and internal guidelines)
so that managers feel supported and are coached in the actions to be taken and employees feel heard;
  • You help to optimize processes, documents and information based on insights and feedback obtained from practice and share best practices with colleagues;
  • You follow up escalation files within your own people domain with the aim of offering the employee a reliable service;
  • You are a discussion partner for the trade unions in individual personnel files;
  • You advise in a broad scope of HR procedures (internal mobility, proactive absenteeism management, working from home, ...)
to create a framework for optimal business operations

Profile :
  • You are a difference maker yourself: proactive, pragmatic, innovative, agile, business-focused and preferably humor is never really far away!
  • You have a quick way of thinking and acting and are able to quickly understand and respond to business needs;
  • You have obtained a bachelor’s/master’s degree and have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience;
  • You know how to use your assertiveness in a diplomatic way so that you have an active impact and know how to influence others into an ally;
  • You excel in taking initiative and strive for improvement;
  • You are highly committed to customer orientation;
  • You are a team player with strong organizational loyalty and sensitivity.
  • You speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
