The Terumo Europe Human Resources team supports the entire organization to improve the employee experience at each impactful moment. The Talent Solutions team, consisting of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Tech & People Analytics, is developing products and expertise to foster an open and inspiring culture and to create challenging development opportunities in the career journeys.

Job Summary

As a Talent Solutions intern, you will work within the Talent Solutions team and contribute to both Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition activities (e.g. employer branding initiatives, training development, …). In addition, you will contribute to exciting projects, concerning employee competencies, our young graduate program and Terumo’s global talent sourcing project.

Job Responsibilities

As our Talent Solutions Intern, you will be involved in several projects and all day-to-day tasks. You will provide support in the development and implementation of our Learning & Development offer. In addition, you will contribute to the attraction and retention of qualitative talent through effective employer branding. Within your role, you will be working together with the HR Analytics team. You will derive insights from gathered data to support all functional areas within Talent Solutions and by extension HR.
You will communicate all relevant activities of Talent Solutions and HR, both internally and externally, to improve our employer brand towards all our associates, as well as potential candidates, agencies, schools and other external stakeholders.

You will monitor the digital landscape for opportunities, in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer brand and identity. In addition, you will contribute to different employer branding projects, such as recruitment campaigns and (virtual) job fairs.

You will participate in the creation of online, as well as face-to-face learning initiatives. In addition, you will contribute to an effective execution of the learning offer. You will contribute to the further innovation of Learning & Development, through the implementation of new technologies, ways of working and theories.

You will contribute to exciting cross-functional projects. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be appointed as well, based on your personal development and opportunities that might arise.

Profile Description

You are enthusiastic and driven about complementing our highly qualified Talent Solutions team.

You are currently involved in studies that provide you with a relevant background to perform well within the internship context; e.g. Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources,….

You are a passionate about employer branding, as well as Learning & Development. You want to contribute to the continuous improvement of talent attraction and retention. In addition, you are interested in the general HR processes.

You are a self-starter and serious about your own development and performance. Additionally, you possess good critical, analytical and communication skills. You also have a high regard for attention to detail, as well as quality.

You are fluent in English and Dutch. This entails both verbal and writing skills. In addition, you are a team player, but you are also able to work autonomously. You feel comfortable within an environment where priorities can change.

You possess a good knowledge and understanding of MS Office and Power BI.
