HR Trainee - Internal Communication & Culture

We are excited to welcome a passionate and driven intern to join our Human Resources team at Stanley/Stella, where sustainability meets innovation in the fashion industry.
As a key player in our HR department, you’ll be at the heart of our people-driven initiatives, contributing directly to our mission of fostering a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace.
In this role, you will support the HR team in building a community of talented, inspired individuals, with a focus on building our cultural throughout and working on a state of the art internal communication strategy. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our vibrant team and grow alongside Stanley/Stella as we shape the future of fashion.

Your role and impact

• Suggest and implement new idea’s to revamp and/orinnovate internal communication channels for improved engagement and transparency.
• Assist in the design, drafting, and coordination of the internal newsletter, ensuring content is relevant, inspiring, and aligned with company goals.
• Support the revitalization of the company intranet — enhancing usability, visual appeal, and employee engagement.
• Support HR initiatives that bring Stanley/Stella’s values to life through creative campaigns, activities, and training.
• Collaborate with teams to collect feedback and insights on company culture and propose actions for improvement.

About you

• Student in Human Resources, Communication, or a related field
• Interest in people, culture, and sustainability.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Creative thinker with strong writing and visual communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute ideas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Canva and other design tools is a plus
