Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

Functieomschrijving

Our client has a small ICT VIP Support Team that is responsible for meeting the ICT needs of a number of VIP clients: the CEO, the members of the Executive Committee, senior management, etc.

  • You will become part of our client’s VIP Support / 2nd Line Team, acting as a SPOC for the VIP clients;
  • You will provide remote and on-site support to the mentioned VIP customers and will always be available to solve problems;
  • You will participate in a standby duty 24/24 – 7/7, in a rotating role;
  • You will be responsible for the delivery and installation of all ICT material and software for the VIP customers;
  • You will detect ICT needs and propose solutions to the VIP clients;
  • Tgether with your colleagues you will manage the VIP budget and the informal VIP website.

Vereiste ervaring

  • You have a broad knowledge of office ICT and demonstrable experience in this domain;
  • You communicate smoothly and you have a professional appearance;
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant and you keep a cool head in emergency situations;
  • You have good active knowledge of Dutch and French, both orally and in writing;
  • You are innovative and you look actively for new technologies;
  • Confidentiality is an absolute must.
