IFRS Financial Reporting Analyst

For the Consolidation & Financial Reporting department in our headquarters in Brussels we are looking for an IFRS Financial Reporting Analyst.

• Produce and validate the consolidated financial reporting. Liaise with different stakeholders involved in the reporting process.
• Perform analytical review on consolidated financial statements and related notes, understand business underlying’s.
• Provide response to ad-hoc questions from the senior management, and other internal clients or regulators.
• Provide assistance for periodical actual reporting cycles for segment, ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the reporting.
• Participate in various projects (i.e. IFRS 17/9) or other ad-hoc projects;
• Keep up-to-date with IFRS reporting developments;
• Propose and implement improvements to processes and internal controls;
• Assist in delivering information to the external auditors.

• You have a bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business administration;
• You have more than 5 years of working experiences in a financial institution or in one of the big four audit firms;
• You have good knowledge in Accounting & Reporting, consolidation is a plus.
• You have good knowledge of IFRS;
• You are fluent in English, fluency in Dutch and French is a plus
