Are you an amazing Industrial Manufacturing Expert eager to join our PV Supply and Technology Solutions team,based in our Braine-l’Alleud office in Belgium?

As anIndustrial Manufacturing Security Expert, you will work hand in hand with cross-functional IT stakeholders such as Manufacturing IT, but also with Global Engineering and Automation stakeholders to mature our global manufacturing sites in accordance with the global industrial cyber security strategy.

You willcontributeby:

• Manage and assess OT Security requirements on system, architecture and application level of the manufacturing scope (Purdue levels 3, 2, 1, 0) in project mode;
• Identify and manage OT Security risks that could adversely affect product quality or production goals (Purdue levels 3.5, 3, 2, 1, 0) based on periodic cyber security assessments aligned towards the ICS Cyber Security Strategy;
• Be an ambassador for OT cyber security awareness;
• Monitor the industrial threat landscape and inform stakeholders about these emerging threats
• Continuously broaden your technical skills following industrial and cyber security trends and technology;
• Contribute to the development and improvement of OT security policy.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the followingeducation, experienceandskills:

• Master’s degree with a Computer Science background or Engineering (preferably automation) degree. We select on skills and capabilities, not on degree alone, proven professional track record related to the field of the role is equally important!
• 4+ years in combined work experience from both IT and OT disciplines in a cyber security context.
• Experience in performing cyber security assessments on industrial / manufacturing equipment – you know the potential risks of testing, the constraints, challenges and can work out a practical test plan;
• Solid knowledge and experience in the characteristics and constraints of industrial technology from a cyber security perspective;
• Experience in system integration and working with ICS technologies to implement secure solutions;
• Broad knowledge of Engineering, automation practices and technologies and their integration and management as part of IT Landscape and standards;
• Threat modelling methodologies such as Mitre ATTACK for ICS, STRIDE, OCTAVE are known to you and you know how to apply it.
• Security standards and methodologies such as NIST CSF, IEC62443, OWASP Top10, PTES, etc. are not new to you;
• Experience with regulatory (GMP, GAMP, GSP) and HSE methodologies (e.g. Bowtie model) is a plus;
• Experience with cyber security standards such as but not limited to IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ICS Kill Chain Model.
• Experience in OT Cyber Security projects and operations
• Experience with key industrial hardware and software solutions like PLC/RTU, HMI, SCADA, EMS, and Historian, from Siemens, Emerson, Wonderware, OSI PI or other key players;
