Job purpose:

This position represents a critical position associated with Maintenance Excellence to support production in achieving best Practices. Internal contact is frequently made with senior level to communicate and ensure level of accountability, responsibility and participation regarding program plan, schedule, resource requirements, progress, investments, benefits recognized, coordination with other corporate initiatives, etc.

Your responsibilities:

You establish the wow and the development of the local maintenance team to define, develop and implement best practice in maintenance.

  • You define, develop and implement best practice in maintenance.
  • You propose successful organizational structure, program management and change management processes applied throughout program implementation to achieve the goal - Develop various options meeting business objectives and provide data to allow management to take decision.
  • You act as a key interlocutor for maintenance with Global and Local Functions. Liaise with Global and Local Functions for standard/Specifications creation and modification and participate to Functional Forums in its disciplines.
  • You provide regular communications, status reports and informal updates to Leadership on Program implementation.
  • You maintain KPI’s for measuring efficiency of the maintenance team and implement improvement system.
  • You develop and implement local Improvement and modifications and transversal CAPA; Implement Global Solutions developed by Global Functions.
  • You propose technical solution to ensure the continuity of the process in terms of GMP and BCP.
  • You evaluate new technologies and new ways of working and develop Best practices to anticipate authorities request.
  • You make sure that EHS standards and policies are applied throughout the maintenance.
  • You generate maintenance plan for new equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Civil or Industrial Engineer
  • Full understanding of Maintenance/Reliability/Operational Excellence (Lean & Six Sigma)
  • Demonstrate analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT Tools (MS Office, SAP)
  • Native language of the team is French; English fluency is an asset.
  • Able to evolve and in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Stress resistant.
