Thanks to the unique properties of protons, tumors can be targeted more accurately while limiting exposure of the surrounding healthy tissues
We provide two types of therapy center: the IBA’s Proteus®PLUS which offer a multi-room solution and the Proteus®ONE who is a more compact single room solution that is easier to install, integrate and operate.
To date, more than 58 world renowned medical institutions have built a Particle Therapy Center with IBA across 3 continents.

As the Industrialization Director in the Manufacturing Supply Chain department (MSC), you will define, improve, implement and monitor IBA Industrial strategy and product industrialization roadmap in line with the IBA 5 years strategic plan.
You will contribute to MSC department vision and engage its team members to meet the department objectives.

Challenges we will trust you with :
  • Define and execute the MSC industrial strategy with the following responsibilities
    • Make or Buy decision process
    • Industrial model definition for each product/module
    • Industrial strategy deployment (Manufacturing Engineering)
  • Responsible for product industrialization roadmap in order to meet quality, cost, lead time and capacity objectives
    • Road map definition, validation & deployment
  • Lead MSC transversal improvement projects
  • Lead, coordinate, manage industrialization team activities (planning, resources,…)

Education and Experience:
  • Industrial engineer degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years’ experience of combined Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Management, Supply Chain and Industrialization programs.
  • Experience in Industrial environment, preferably within medical device companies or highly regulated field.
  • Expertise on leading / driving change, and mentoring new leaders or peers
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Knowledge of Product Management and Engineering Design processes would be considered as an asset.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills applicable for coaching, clarifying and collaborating
  • Proven record of impacting strategic change and initiatives
  • Advanced people management and leadership skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels and across business lines
