Job Summary
Life science customer requires Infor M3 consultant who has experience on Order to Cash along with technical expertise who has to provide solutions on implementation/upgrade, integration and support and as well as to manage the team and customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with multiple stakeholders (Finance, Sales, and Manufaturing teams) and recommending best viable solution to meet business needs.
  • Participating in stakeholder discussions for the feature planning & prioritization, and for project success.
  • Application of Infor M3 in design and development in agile environment, application maintenance and also in customization of M3 Programs
  • Involved in product backlog grooming, writing technical requirements/user stories.
  • Designing the solution, providing design guidance on cloud migration.
  • Providing application support and maintenance activities

Job Requirements
Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge as a Infor M3 technical consultant with knowledge on Supply Chain Planning domain
  • Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for Infor M3 functionalities
  • Experiences in Infor M3 customization or custom application design, data conversion and migration, full cycle implementation, integration using IEC, ION technologies
  • Strong understanding of Infor module specific configurations, integration points, transaction data flow, & reporting
  • Developing UI extensions using H5 scripts and JScripts, Events and workflows
  • Strong functional knowledge in the following Infor M3 : Order to Cash, Cash, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics and other Supply Planning, Capacity Planning Modules.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Have worked in both support & enhancement project for Infor M3.
  • Understand different ERP Source systems integrated with Infor M3
  • Strong knowledge on the standard business processes of Infor M3.
  • Work closely with Integration Lead to ensure successful data migration from different ERP Source systems to Infor M3 and vice versa
  • Ensure successful UAT in close coordination with Business Users and process.
  • Good to have Certification as an Infor M3 Developer or M3 Integration consultant.
  • Good communication skills

Qualifications:
It is essential that you have strong hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  • Strong experience in Infor M3
  • Having technical knowledge in providing solutions for Infor M3
  • Having functional expertise in Order to Case, Finance, Manufacturing modules

Understand agile, application support and implementation of Infor M3/Movex
