A day in the life of an Intern in Employee Benefits
Based in Brussels, the intern will work closely together with the Employee Benefits team members and serve as a supporting role to the team in promoting business relating to corporate & business clients of ING
Support the Employee Benefits experts with preparation of client pitches.
Administrative follow-up of deal execution
Liaise with internal stakeholders (relationship managers, product manager, account managers)
Support the management with the execution of new projects

Current student at a reputable university
Interest in financial services / fiscal matters
Prior work experience in financial services will be an advantage
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and word processing applications
Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch and French

As an intern in the Employee Benefits department, you will have the opportunity to:

Get a thorough knowledge of the Employee Benefits solutions ING offers
Develop a large international network of colleagues within ING

The team
You will be part of the Employee Benefits team. The team consists of 5 people located in Brussels and covering the Belgian market.
