Description

For our internal training center in Ghent, we are looking for an instructor internal means of transport (forklift/reach truck).
As an instructor internal transport (forklift/reach truck) you are responsible for reinforcing internal training to our employees.



Your duties:

  • You provide training around internal transport equipment, specifically the forklift and reach truck. This means that you prepare and give both theoretical and practical trainings.
  • You will assist with the processing of the training administration
  • You are able to evaluate employees and to deliver internal certificates concerning the means of transport.
  • You assist employees with advice and assistance on various topics such as safety, transport of goods, etc.

Competences

  • You have forklift and reach truck experience and preferably a valid certificate.
  • You have a drivers lisence CE
  • You have the necessary knowledge about internal transport and keep this up to date.
  • You preferably have+5 years of experience in a similar function
  • You are an instructor at heart and always succeed in motivating employees to achieve their learning goals
  • You can work independently, are patient and have a great sense of responsibility
  • You have strong communication skills and can preferably express yourself in English as well as Dutch
