International Account Manager OEM & First Tier (>3-7 years experience)

We are looking for a no nonsense international account manager in the automotive industry. The customers include both Light Vehicle and Medium Heavy Duty (truck) global OE’s or Tier 1’s.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Identify and build sustainable relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges, to offer tailored solutions and focus on customer intimacy.
  • Execute direct sales strategies, initiating contacts, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the organization to align and execute.
  • You report to the Global Sales and Marketing Director, and are supported by a sales engineering backoffice.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have < 5-7 years of account management experience (OEM + Tier 1).
  • Strong communication skills. Both diplomatic and to the point.
  • Ability to handle complex accounts in an international environment
  • Flexible and stress resilient.
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar by experience.
  • You are fluent in English, along with any other language(s) like Dutch and German.
