H&O Equipments is a market-leading creator and manufacturer of leading-edge cryosurgery medical instruments, founded in 1998. With headquarters and manufacturing in Belgium, and offices in the United States, we are active in 60 countries.

As International Key Account Manager you report to the International Sales Manager and to the CEO. You are responsible for the distributors and the end users of our products. You are highly motivated and committed to promoting the growth of the Company by maximizing our sales revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  • Set up and develop our network of distributors.
  • Train distributors and their sales Teams in our products applications and sales techniques.
  • Visit the medical community and participate in congresses to promote our product lines and generate sales leads.
  • Make and implement marketing campaigns and Business plans to increase sales.
  • Research and analyze markets and open up distribution partners.
  • Graduated in business high school or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial function in the field of account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in managing a network of distributors.
  • Very good business skills and customer portfolio management skills.
  • Ability to train and coach distributor sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Confident, strong personality, stress resistant.
  • This role requires perfect fluency in written and spoken English and a good knowledge of French, Dutch or German.
  • Team player.
  • Readiness to spend max 40% of your time traveling worldwide.
  • Interest and/or experience in the medical field is a plus.
