Internship Marketing: Digital Experience Analyst

Together with the Global Digital & Media team, you will be responsible for the owned digital channels. Based on information from different tools, you take care of the data analyses. You take the lead in different projects and transfer your insights to the team. In this traineeship you will be part of the Global Digital Media team of Alpro, comparable with an in-house digital agency. You will be based at Alpro headquarters in Ghent (Sint-Denijs-Westrem) and report to the Digital Experience Manager.

In this 6 months traineeshipyou are responsible for the efficient operations of the digital channels worldwide:

• Third party applications & tools
  • You work with third parties applications that provide you data to gain insights about consumer behavior and user generated content. You use these insights in optimizing online campaigns, newsletters, websites, … .
  • Alpro uses a lot of management tools: you coordinate with the providers, you keep track of the latest updates and work proactively to set up different side-projects.
  • You take the lead in the different tools, get to know them and share your insights with the team.
• Digital experience: analyses & feedback
  • You use our feedback-tool about digital experience to find out where customers are encountering technical problems. You collect these problems and report them to the manager. Together you look for a solution.
  • Beside that, customers can also experience some non-technical issues. You summarize these issues and report them to the appropriate team.
• Reporting & analitics
  • Google Analytics: You make a monthly report of the local websites and analyze the performance of the website.
  • Together with the local marketing team, you compare the reports of this period with those of the same period of last year to see improvement or patterns.
  • You are the Single Point Of Contact and take care of any further questions from the business.
• Project management
  • There are some projects in the pipeline in which you will have co-responsibility. An example of this is to launch a global e-commerce platform for Alpro. This platform will need the correct follow-up. With your analytical interest, you are the perfect person to accomplish this.

• You can start in May 2022 and are available for 6 months
• The internship is part of your studie or you recently graduated (max 3 months) and obtained your Master Degree
• You have a passion for digital and analytics
• You are analytical, punctual and have good (written and spoken) communication skills
• You are proactive and can work independent with an eagerness to learn
• Flexibility is your middle name!
• You know the MS-Office package and have basic knowledge of Excel
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is highly preferred. Any other European language is an asset
