  • Perform cellular assays according to the SOPs
  • Take part in the development and optimization of cellular assays
  • Analyze data and write technical and scientific reports
  • Guide, train and support laboratory technicians
  • Manage suppliers, partners and subcontractors
  • Prepare and deliver technical and scientific presentations (talks, posters and webinars)
Requirements
  • Master’s or PHD in Immunology, Biology, Pharmaceutical science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with primary cells
  • Hands-on expertise with cellular assays and immunological techniques, including flow
  • Cytometry, HTRF, Luminex and ELISpot are a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a pharmaceutical industry, biotech or CROs
  • Strong understanding of assay development, validation and optimization methods
  • Fluency in English and ideally French
