Inter Holding Services SA is a shared service center of an international group whose parent company is based in Switzerland. The overall purpose of Interogo Holding AG group is to manage investments with the aim of creating financial stability and long-term value. This is to support the independence and longevity of their sole shareholder, Interogo Foundation, and to ensure the ability to invest in the IKEA concept.

Job description

  • You provide excellent IT support - 1st line and 2nd line - to your internal colleagues located in Belgium, UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Lichtenstein (approximatively 100 people in total).
  • You handle software and hardware issues such as: laptop/desktop setup and maintenance (biggest part of the job), OS installation, upgrades, assist with onboarding of new users...
  • As first point of contact, you monitor and respond to the requests/inquiries via the ticketing system/phone/mail, you run appropriate diagnosis and provide the appropriate solution to the end users; you follow-up if needed.
  • You take part in meetings, share your knowledge and give input to the team.
  • You report to the IT manager.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor in IT.
  • At least 3 years in an IT support role or similar experience.
  • English (mandatory): written, spoken and technical. You also speak Dutch and/or French.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows10, Office 365, Citrix, Active Directory...
  • Able to act as a second line, if needed.
  • You are experienced in providing solutions remotely.
  • Customer comprehension, empathy, technical solutions oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, flexible.
