仕事内容

We are looking for an IT project manager to start ASAP.

  • Understand technology and to be capable to explain technology in human language (interface with IT technology leaders, IT operational teams, non IT teams and management)
  • Enjoys both tactics and strategy.
  • Drive a project from start to end. Clearly communicate project status and planning. Plan accurately resources. Keep timeline, cost and results in the allowed boundaries.

Experience

  • Min 5 years of experience as IT project manager in company of similar size, industry and footprint.
  • Min 3 year of experience in IT infrastructure platform implementation project, preferably in networking.
  • Experience in a pharma company is an advantage
  • International project management experience is an advantage

Competencies

Technical certifications and skills :

  • Agile or Scrum Master or Prince certified
  • Pragmatic and results-driven
  • Works well autonomously as its remote, but enjoys being collaborative
  • Enjoys creating new systems and optimizing processes
  • Exceptional communicator both verbal and written
  • Excellent PowerPoint creation design skills
  • Understand technology and to be capable to translate technology in human language and pictures
  • Tech-savvy (no coding required)
  • Enjoys both tactics and strategy
  • Language skills:
  • English
  • Mandatory (oral and written)
  • Level fluent for technical scope, intermediate for current live topics
  • French/Dutch Mandatory (oral)
  • Level fluent for technical scope, intermediate for current live topics
  • Other requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure in a moving environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to priority changes and moving targets
  • Available to work on site
