WorkNomads is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Belgium and contribute to the success of our organization by effectively managing integration, legacy system enhancement, and ERP implementation projects.   • Lead and manage the discovery phase of integrating various systems across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, data flows, and business processes to inform integration planning.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to the management, enhancement, or replacement of legacy systems.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and migration of data and functionalities from legacy systems to modern solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
  • Monitor ERP implementation progress, conduct regular status updates, and manage change requests as needed.
  • Proactively address issues that arise during integration, legacy system management, and ERP implementation, facilitating prompt resolution and preventing delays.
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, business units, and technical teams.

The tools in your backpack:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on integration and ERP systems.
  • In-depth understanding of integration methodologies, legacy system management, and ERP implementation best practices.
  • Strong familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Very good command of English
