IT Team Leader 3th line Support

For a well-known company, I’m searching for an IT Team leader. The company is one of the major players within the Mobility industry in Belgium.

As a teamleader you and your team provide expertise to the colleagues of the support-teams and you act as the expert for various complex projects.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Operations department to improve projects
Thinking about new strategies and making proposals - Stimulate new concepts and ideas in close collaboration with the business units.
Leading and coaching the team.
Setting individual employee objectives and identifying the training needs of your team
Provide expertise in creating, designing and supporting our IT services (also SLAs and KPIs)
Facilitate 2-weekly teammeetings and one-on-one’s with your teammembers
Discuss/resolve and tackle structural problems within the team
Begin the righthand of the manager.

Important:
On remote till definitely end 2021
ENG/NL or ENG/FR. A good knowledge of the other national language is a plus.
Living and based in Belgium
