️ Junior AI & Data Advocate

As an AI & Data Advocate you support Dataroots in building a community around state-of-the-art data solutions. Dataroots is a firm believer in open and transparently sharing of knowledge. Knowledge sharing helps our customers to take the next step in their journey and to reach a mature level of self-sufficiency. It also helps Dataroots to remain up to date on new and relevant evolutions. Through the knowledge you share you will make it easier for others to create meaningful and impactful AI & data solutions.

The job

• You are the driving force behind our content-driven marketing and help shape our long-term community vision
• You manage our content calendar and align with your team members to generate content
• You follow up on new developments and sharing them with the community at large
• You provide practical support for our video and podcast sessions
• You participate in internal and external open-source initiatives
• You support the on-boarding process of new team members and our internal and external community building efforts
• You support the organization of internal and external community events
• You support our R&D guild structure and the various initiatives projects that come out of them

The Skills

• You are passionate about AI, data engineering and community building

• A healthy foundation in AI, data and/or cloud engineering

• You enjoy explaining concepts in an ELI5 manner

• Ability to form and opinion on the opportunities relevant technologies can bring

• Proven track-record in community participation

• You’re a highly effective communicator with superb listening skills

• Experience with technical writing & presentations

• You master the Dutch & English languages

Our main office is located in Leuven, with co-working spaces in Brussels and Charleroi.These locations are always available for brainstorm sessions or team events. As a dataroots consultant, you will occasionally be doing on-site visits at our clients. However, most of our work is done remotely.
