"In my current project at Yusen Logistics, we’re implementing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system for all day-to-day finance processes. As a business analyst, I’m in charge of the system’s validation tests, making sure that all the flows are working correctly, for example, checking if an invoice is going to the right party after activating this step. Another part of my job is to configure the system based on the customer’s needs and deliver training to explain how the ERP works. Every day, I learn about new features as ERP systems are full of possibilities!" — Sébastien Belloso

Like Sébastien, you’ll be working as a functional consultant, straddling the business and IT sides of our projects. What does that mean exactly? A project typically goes a bit like this: first, you visit the customer and organize workshops to analyze their way of working. Based on that information, you create blueprints, drawing up processes and suggesting optimizations. Then the IT part comes into play. You’ll be inputting the processes to a software package and translating business requirementsintotechnical specificationsfor our developers (who will do the coding). After testing whether everything works properly, you’ll train the customer in how to use the new system.

• Speak English fluently, in combination withDutch or/and French;
