About the job

Your passion is to ‘play and juggle’ with technology and tooling for the publication of marketing content through digital channels such as email, social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, etc.
Your duty includes creation and monitoring of mailing flows/campaigns for our customers, prospects and partners in Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as updating web pages, create social posts.

• Publish and analyze !

In close cooperation with the Sales and Onboarding team you extract target lists from e.g. Salesforce and publish validated marketing content through multiple output channels. Tools like Pardot, Sitecore, social media ... have no secrets for you and the set-up and analysis of mailing campaigns make you happy in no time.
You ensure our product website(s) are always up-to-date and attractive, your new creative ideas are easily translated in reality with your tooling expertise in e.g. Sitecore.

Make sure our messages reach our target audiences through

• Marketing automation flows and campaigns in Pardot

• create communications planning
• build and execute innovative email campaigns
• analyze and report campaign results
• segment email lists and scoring of prospects/leads etc...

• Social media posts
• Website updates (through Sitecore)
• And of course other channels

And you are also excited about ...

• Using your project skills for events/trade shows to
• follow-up on planning
• respect deadlines
• coordinate with external providers (banners, flyers etc)

• Close communication and planning with our business partners e.g. Unizo

• You handle fast changes in priorities and strategy in a professional way and stay motivated to reboot when necessary
• You want to learn and evolve towards a specialist in a Marketing driven environment
• You have some affinity with the accounting/financial branch or administration software platforms (ERP, CRM …) and challenged to use this in a B2B habitat
• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Communications, or more IT tooling/creative oriented study
• Team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude
• You are hands-on, not just making plans, you are also executing them together with your team
• You are ready to grow and implement top quality content for all kinds of marketing and communications channels (Print, Web, Social, TV, Radio, Adds, Mobile … )
• Last but not least : you are fluent in Englishand either ‘perfect’ in Dutchor French(or ideally both ...)
