Description

  • Generate new leads through client events and networking activities
  • Coordinate and participate in prospect-driven events with Marketing
  • Follow up on event participants and ensure continued engagement
  • Transfer qualified leads to private bankers and monitor conversion progress
  • Organize expertise sessions to showcase the bank’s services
  • Maintain and update the lead pipeline in coordination with private bankers
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review prospecting activity and set follow-up plans

Profile

  • Holds a Master’s degree with a focus on commercial skills
  • Experienced in banking and credit intermediation, especially within Private Banking
  • Proficient in banking products, services, and financial planning
  • Customer-oriented with strong networking and negotiating skills
  • Independent, result-oriented, and a team player
  • Communicative, sociable, and able to think outside the box
  • High integrity and connective personality
  • Fluent in Dutch, with decent knowledge of French and English
