As a Junior Fashion Recruiter you will make an important contribution in attracting, screening, recruiting & onboarding new employees for different branches of the company.


Description

The main focus is recruitment: You strengthen the growth of our organization by attracting new talent that matches the corporate culture of our 4 offices.

  • You will analyse, consult with management, think critically about the growth of the company in terms of its employees and advise the managers of your business unit about various HR topics. It is also important to keep an eye on new developments in the field of recruitment techniques.
    • You take charge of the entire selection process, from A to Z, for sales employees and management profiles in our stores.
    • You collaborate on various HR projects such as employer branding, establishing contacts with different schools, building stable student pools, ...
    • Because we work in a flat structure, there is also room to take on a Business Advisor role for your specific Business Unit.
    • You are co-responsible for the onboarding process of the new employees you hire. The first months of their employment you will ensure a qualitative onboarding together with the Learning Coordinator.
    • You will also give training to the stores in your business unit about the recruitment tool we work with. If necessary, you will go to the store for this purpose.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in a HR related field
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude
  • You know how to motivate and inspire others through your open communication style and expertise
  • Language skills: You speak excellent Dutch but you can also express yourself fluently in French
