BOLD-HK, a trading/creative agency within the fashion & consumer goods sector is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Assistant. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a young, growing & international company.

Your role:

Your role as a Junior Sales Assistant will be:

· Providing commercial and administrative support to the Key Account Manager.

· Having a close interaction with suppliers and clients.

· Updating the ERP system to optimize the flow of information between all departments.

· Assisting in the development of products by closely collaborating with the sales and design departments (from initial concept to product sign off through price negotiations).

· Help ensuring all samples are received on time and preparing deliveries to factories and clients.

Your profile:

· You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of another language is a plus.

· You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: business and management, international trade or other.

· You are a problem solver, pro-active & self-starter, analytical, flexible and disciplined, highly motivated.

· You are resistant to stress; you can easily manage the unexpected.

· You are organized, polyvalent, autonomous and enjoy working in a team.

· You are comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

· Any successful professional experience in a customer service or sales support department is a plus.

· Any knowledge in CREATION/DESIGN with using photoshop, Illustrator… is a real plus.
