Fuse Engineering is a recruitment consultancy agency specialized on the engineering sector. It is part of the international FSM Group, a leading recruitment consultancy presents in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. We are currently looking for a new Junior Talent Specialist to join our ambitious team in Brussels. We do not require any knowledge in engineering or experience in sales or recruitment, we demand only motivation and ambition!

Description

  • Prospecting     for new clients to build a stronger network
  • You will be constantly in contactwith our clients to understand their needs and deliver the best match
  • Createjob announcements on our different platforms
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the first step until the end of the process
  • Sourcefor new candidates on job boards and proceed with screening and qualifying them
