Job Title: Learning Specialist

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Designing and developing interactive e-learning courses with the SAP Enable Now and tools Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, …)
Coordinate and supervise e-Learning projects using the ADDIE model and/or others learning design models (carrying out training needs analysis, supporting authors, etc.)
Advising on learning strategies
Developing guidelines and supporting material for authors
Set up tracking and reporting in SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline and SuccessFactors Learning
Providing training in SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, train the trainer and taking care of focus groups/workshops
Providing technical support for SAP Enable Now
Set up and configure the SAP Enable Now component Web Assistant

Job description

Didactic & pedagogical knowledge
Communication skills in NL/FR/EN
SAP Enable Now (producer, instant producer, web assistant, ...)
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
SAP Enable Now Certificate is required
Experience in developing e-learning courses
Experience in developing training material (IT, soft skills, etc.) with a specialization in elearning
General knowledge of LMS & LXP systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors
+4 years of experience in Learning & Development
