Lefort is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of shears and balers for the scrap metal recycling industry.
The Branch Manager for Lefort Deutschland will have responsibilities for the Sales and After Sales activities for Lefort equipment sold in the German speaking countries.
The branch Manager will direct all work performed in the branch and will supervise all areas of operation.
Your responsabilities
o Manage and develop the branch’s personnel by providing coaching and training
o Direct all operational aspects including sales, after sales support, human ressources, accounting and administration
o Develop and implement strategies for the German Market
o Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
o Report and communicate with the headquarter on competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
o Develop a network of subcontractors (technicians) in order to ensure full after-sales support coverage
Your Profil
- Proven branch management experience or similar role
- Deep knowledge of the scrap metal recycling industry
Your Skills
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary team
- Leaderschip and human ressources management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven
- Customer focus
- Stress resistant
- Languages : German + 2nd language (English or French)
