JOB DESCRIPTION

Demonstrable experience as a Lawyer Master of Laws.Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2. To support our data protection consultant, the Justice and Enforcement Agency is looking for a senior lawyer with experience in the sector of probation, victim counselling, administrative enforcement, detention and juvenile delinquency.

Knowledge of the GDPR is of course necessary. Knowledge and experience with the concrete application of this legislation within a Flemish Agency and in the context of inter-administrative cooperation with the Federal and Local Government is required.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Being the point of contact for specific legal matters relating to the areas of operation of the Justice and Enforcement Agency,
  • Providing advice and practical guidance in drawing up protocols, DTIAs, DPIAs and cooperation agreements
  • Checking protocols, DTIAs, DPIAs and cooperation agreements on specific matters relating to the areas of operation of the Justice and Enforcement Agency, supplementing and maintaining the processing register
