仕事内容

Your tasks

• Prepare, interpret and review agreements, contracts, documents, filings, correspondence and various forms.
• Provide legal opinions and recommend optimal (and practical) course of action when disputes arise.
• Co –ordinate with external legal advisors/lawyers and are involved in contract negotiations or settlements.
• Administer the Intellectual Property of the Company
• Focus on strategic initiatives and compliance programs to reduce and efficiently manage the company’s risk exposure.

Your skills

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent, with 3~5 years of proven experience, in an international operating company
• Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, direct and open personality with high ethical standards.
• Excellent analytic, decision-making and negotiating skills
• Organized, structured and accurate working attitude
• Experience in a hi-tech/IP sensitive environment is desirable.
