We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to join our supply chain department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order shipments & delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of products. Being part of our supply chain team and a driving factor behind our sales team, you will collaborate across departments, break barriers, and be the go-to person for your colleagues as well as our key partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly shipments planning and streamline order transport for impeccable logistics.
  • Ensure shipments are processed with a high level of service and cost efficiency.
  • Process returns and replacements for returned products, coordinating the physical pickup schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to champion in order fulfilment, smooth transportation, and strategic prioritization.
  • Use our ERP system to efficiently handle customer orders and ensure on-time delivery
  • Engage with customers to coordinate shipments.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • You have experience in a production-, administrative-, or project-oriented role.
  • You are someone with affinity for technology and software and are quick to learn new technologies.
  • Prior experience with ERP software is a plus.
  • You can express yourself fluently in English, Dutch and French.
  • You thrive in a flexible work environment, with room for an independent and solution oriented approach.
  • You possess a talent for time management and maintaining a structured approach.
  • You have a ’green’ heart and believe in renewable energy.
