Logistics Officer Benelux M/W/X

For one of the world leaders wine and spirits seller.

In charge of the operational part of logistics at the company assortment (16 Brands) on time and in full in our joint warehouse.

Responsibilities

1. Logisitical responsibilities

• In charge of setting up the Item Master data. Creation of items in Navision Belgium + Navision Netherlands, Connect admin, Product Cloud admin and sending item info to Nedcargo.
• Drive and manage the yearly Transfer Prices in Navision NL and Navision BE
• Responsible for EAN creation for both Dutch and Belgian markets of new products or VAPS.
• Main contact for GS1 and XXTRACT or setup of Items in GS1 and trouble shooting at customers.
• Be part of the New Product Introduction procedure (item & logistical & waste packaging part)
• Drive and manage the Repack assembly program together with Sales & Trade marketing and Nedcargo.
• Place orders and review Point Of Sales material orders and stock for the Dutch and Belgian market
• Drive and manage Product Cloud database (item database owned by the HQ)

2. Contact with Brand owners and Suppliers

• Secure on time Purchasing of Point of Sales NL;
• Maintain contact with the Brand Owner, Marketing, Trade marketing and Customer Service

3. System and process Maintenance

• Super-user for Navision Netherlands and Belgium;
• Super-User for Connect
• Super-user for Product Cloud
• Maintaining process manuals, tools and activities;
• Maintaining contact with My Brands (Brand Owners for POS NL).

4. Reporting & other activities

• Plan & Create on a weekly basis a stock comparison between Nedcargo Warehouse Management System and Navision BE
• Identify possible THT/Best before challenges and work together with the SCM on getting the stock sold;
• Complaint Management System back up person
• Create and maintain a Repack report on all Repack activities
• Be part of the Sales & Operations meetings with the Netherlands team and Belgium Team and report on the Repack activities during these meetings
• Responsible for entering Belgian Dropshipments/Direct Shipments Purchase Orders and receipts in Navision BE

Requirements

Bachelor degree

Dutch and French are a must, English will be a plus.
