Manager, Total Rewards
Overview
The Total Rewards Team delivers world class programs that position our company as an employer of choice. Our global team designs and delivers consumer focused compensation, benefits and mobility programs for our employees, and leads all human resources M&A activities.

This position has responsibility for supporting the design of global and regional/local benefit and wellbeing programs, in the Europe and LAC regions.

Role:
  • Work closely with the Region lead and provide support for design and strategy of employee benefit and retirement plans across Europe and LAC (local, multi-country & global)
  • Support development of regional roadmap for wellbeing based on global strategy
  • Keep up to date with regulatory compliance and advise delivery team as needed for execution of plan or policy changes
  • Partner with Benefits Delivery team on technology enhancements and integrations to deliver improved employee experience, and enhance reporting and communications
  • Create and maintain training documents; provide training sessions as needed
  • Monitor Benefits and Wellbeing landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking/researching industry, employment trends, tracking legislation and business objectives
  • Manage projects using project management methodology and tools, using judgment in managing expectations and prioritization, focus areas may include:
o Retirement programs
o Access to Healthcare for parents/parent-in-laws
o RFP, design & implementation of alternative international pension vehicle
o Flexible benefits
o Global benefit programs (i.e. life insurance, BTA, ADD, etc.)
o Assist M&A team with policy/program clarification during due diligence
  • Monitors programs and budgets; collects program results and recommends changes based on findings
  • Recommend which benefits market studies we participate in for key markets
  • Develop communication strategies that are contemporary and in support of Mastercard’s employee value proposition to rollout established programs
  • Act as a valued partner to the Benefits Delivery team to ensure optimal delivery of benefit and wellbeing programs to employees

All About You
  • Demonstrated success working with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating programs and policies and tracking progress against project deliverables, timelines and budget
  • Uses strategic thinking to leverage data for insights as to program design, implementation tactics and communication strategy
  • demonstrated advanced knowledge of global/international market, trends and industry best-practices
  • Strong excel, analytical, modeling, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with all levels, manage multiple work streams and guide decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Desire to work and grow in a changing environment
