Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.  

It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Job Description

The Treasury Operations Manager reports to the Director Operations. This position oversees the processing of bank statements and the treasury accounting entries for the Consumer Health affiliates. The Treasury Operations Manager collaborates with Global Services, and regional and corporate treasury stakeholders.

The Position Includes The Following Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact with the different Regional Treasury Service Centers (RTSC’s) and Global Service organizations
  • Organize and oversee the bank statement processing and daily clearing activities for the companies under Regional Cash Management (RCM) structure
  • Be responsible for the controls of the treasury accounting for the NCHC affiliates under the RCM setup.
  • Support monthly close of the Treasury related Balance Sheet and P&L accounts (Cash, In-House Bank, Intercompany Lending and Investment, Third Party Lending, and Investment) for the NCHC affiliates
  • Ensure alignment of accounting processes with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Qualifications

Position Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Excel, SAP
  • Strong financial & accounting acumen
Preferred Requirements/Competencies:
  • Knowledge of banking, cash management, and accounting of derivatives
  • Knowledge of establishing, organizing, and supporting financial processes and systems.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)
  • Good people management skills
